Lady In Red.

Lady In Red.

I’ve been listening to this song for the last few days on replay up to now and can’t get enough of it! Anyway, who else is excited that it’s finally Friday,  I mean the weekend is already here thus the only time we have to wear our cute little sleeve dresses? It’s been  super chilly lately and I’m crossing my fingers for a warmer weekend.

Glam: The Red Lippie Affair

Glam: The Red Lippie Affair

Since I discovered Nakshi Nouba, my endless struggles to get a good matte lipstick we’re over. I’m a sucker for their matte lippies mainly because they last the whole day. To say the least, I think i’m quite lazy when it comes to re-applying lipstick after it’s shed off from maybe eating a whole chicken leg, or even just from drinking coffee.

Don’t let the picture lie to you, I was so freaked out!! Anyway, traveling out of Nairobi over the weekend always happens to be a good plan for me especially with all the pressure from work which has progressed to another level lately. Sigh! I’d take a road trip any-day to clear my head a bit, breathe fresh air and obviously get away from Nairobi’s traffic!! There is nothing as relieving as being  on a no traffic zone.

Home Away from Home!

Home Away from Home!

When I first visited the Rock House Guest home, the first thing that blew me away was the serenity and quiet of the place. It’s one of the most magical places I have been to so far in Kenya that you can actually call home second to your home. It’s located in the suburbs of Hardy-Karen in a peaceful and less populated neighborhood. For those who love a little privacy, I think this is quite the ideal place for you.
