I’ve rocked this outfit a couple of times before and most of the time I got compliments like “I love your skirt” “I love your top”.  For a second you might think this is a skirt and a peplum top but nope, It’s actually a vivo bodycon dress and a peplum jacket. Yass! Having pieces in my wardrobe to change up looks once in a while is quite fun and saves you a whole lot of money! Trust me. I’ve actually worn this peplum jacket differently before, you can check out this post. I love this jacket cause it gives you a professional look yet so fab. 🙂

Giving back is always in STYLE.

Howdy, howdy! I had such an amazing weekend as much as I literally feel like I could punch someone in the face right now, people can be so annoying. But that aside. I’m very much appreciative of the fact that I’m here today. I spent almost my whole Saturday at Imani Children’s home in Kayole, Matopeni and on my way a lot ran through my mind. I remember even at some point texting my sister and telling her, “Thank God for the life you’re living now“. Sometimes we get so caught in our day to day activities and forget to sit back and be appreciative of what we have and how far we’ve come.

FREEZE AND SHINE.

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry or whatever. I happened to have uploaded this article on Tuesday but for some weird reason it completely vanished from my website a few days later! I was like nooooooo. I remember my friend asking me the other day, have you stopped blogging? I was like no, I actually uploaded a new post then whoop it’s not there! I must have missed on saving the article then went ahead and updated my blog. 🙁 This also takes me back to yesterday. I happened to have a very successful meeting with one of my clients only for my machine to crash and the minutes taken deleted. Sema stress! Hah!

When  I began blogging, I promised myself to incorporate African prints in my outfits as much as possible and this is turning out really well. This cape jacket is definitely everything! It’ll for obvious reason not curb you from the cold but it will for sure make a statement and you’ll get all the compliments in this world. Who doesn’t love compliments? At least I do as much as sometimes I find myself shying away. Weird!

I’m so full of energy-ish this Monday. I had such an amazing weekend catching up with one of my closest friends. We had dinner at this amazing restaurant in The Westagate Mall called Tapas Ceviche. I had always wanted to visit the restaurant because I knew they serve one of the best Spanish cuisines and oh boy wasn’t it  delicious! I’m definitely looking forward to going back for their Taco Tuesdays and happy hour! 😛
