CHIC IN THE STREETS.

Howdy howdy! I had missed sitting at my corner and writing posts for my blog. It’s so interesting how blogging just makes me so happy and completely makes me appreciate life more. It  gives me peace of mind. The last couple of weeks have been pretty rough AF, from fighting all this emotions, pressure from all corners, overthinking. I’ve been a ball of tears but such is life and I thank God for the people in my life that made it bearable πŸ™‚

Shifting gears now. Today I’m LIVING for this outfit. I’m living for this pair of distressed denim. Total slayage from head to toe boo. πŸ˜‰

This outfit is totally wearable in the office on a Thursday (I’m actually wearing the jeans today) or Friday paired with a simple plain blazer. It’s also a great outfit for the weekend. You can pick to dress the jeans down in rubbers (ps: I loooove this rubbers) like I did here or umph it up with some sandals or pumps. I preferred rubbers to make it look “streety” and also tone down the distressed nature of the denim. The denim is high-waist so a bodysuit to accentuate the fitness of jeans and curves was my preferred option. πŸ˜‰

The quality of the jeans is also really good and has a good stretch. I’ve purchased a few more of their jeans and looks like I’ll be taking a break from my body-con dresses. Lie! πŸ˜€ However, the blazer, as much as it’s super cute, I expected a heavier material. The fabric is pretty light and therefore really sensitive to things like hair clips, pins, chairs (if your seat has a rough back rest) etc. I was a little dissapointed with the fabric but I love it either way (So much for online shopping).

How I wish it was this easy to chill in the middle of town. I’d do this every day!

And can I say I’m so ecstatic that I’m back on track to blogging normally? Yasss!

Thanks for reading! XO!
